Give yourself a "jump-start" by learning
the basics of the yoga system in this comprehensive and fun class.
We will begin at the beginning and add on each week...learning correct
methods of breathing, how to move in and out of postures, how to pace
yourself and respect your abilities and limitations. We will
cover many of the basic postures found in our regular class schedule
and address modifications for all. Course led by Shari Simon.
*Please
note: there are no "make-up" classes if you miss, nor will you
be able to attend a Yoga Basics class on a different day for that
reason.
