We offer the transformational toolbox of the powerful tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, as well as yoga philosophy, meditation and pranayama. We are also a center for comprehensive, in-depth teacher trainings. We turn out top level yoga teachers and help our teacher trainees in taking a dive deep into their personal yoga journey. SINGING BOWL WORKSHOP

Start the weekend off with some healing sound vibration! Kaitlyn will start us with a sitting meditation followed by a guided meditation “led” by the beauty and power of her singing bowls. There will be an opportunity to have individual vibrational healing if you wish, with a bowl strategically placed on at your feet, stomach or chest to deepen the experience. We will finish with discussion about the experience….and after, you can play with the bowls!
VIDYAA YOGA AND THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Being able to constantly redirect your mind towards good feeling thoughts can be a chore at first. ..but as we learn how to pivot towards something positive and it gets easier and easier. When we combine the Law of Attraction with our yoga practice, focusing on one breath, one movement, the results in our lives are mind blowing. By learning how to refocus the mind towards things that bring us joy, we can pivot anytime that a difficult situation presents itself. We will be doing a yoga practice and have a discussion on the practical application of the law of attraction.
